Our single-block ice carving presentation includes:
1) Complimentary use of our drip tray and stand.
2) Complimentary use of our lights (your choice of color, if we have it).
3) Complimentary use of our drain bucket.
4) Complimentary delivery within 50 miles from our studio.
5) Complimentary set up.
6) Complimentary take down.
Multi-block ice sculptures may have some set-up/take-down charges. Contact us for more information.
Eyes4ice reserves the right to change these complimentary services and prices at any time without prior notice.
Placing The Order
1) Contact us to place your order no later than one month to your special event. Orders taken within the
one month window for weddings may be considered rush orders and may be charged extra.
2) You may lock in your event date and time with a $ 50 non-refundable fee separate from the full payment of
the final work. No other ice sculptures will be scheduled for delivery within 4 hours of your locked-in date and
start time.
3) Custom drawings will be sent only to those who have reserved an event date and time.
4) Make full payment for your ice carving(s) no later than four calendar weeks before your reserved event date.
You will get a receipt.
Cancellations
All ice carving payments are fully refundable, if cancellations are made not less than four calendar weeks to the
reserved event date.
There will be no refunds on cancellations with less than four calendar weeks to the reserved event date.
All orders made in less than four weeks to the event date must be fully paid for before carvings begin, and there
will be no refunds.
